Product 1:
Fluoropolymer technical coating

Fluoroelastomers are fluorine-coating high performance synthetic rubber which has exceptional resistance to oils and chemicals at elevated temperatures.

Advantages:

  1. Outstanding Resistance to heat. Typically -40° F/ -40° C to 400°F / 200°C with excursions to 500°F / 260°C.
  2. Excellent resistance to a very broad range of chemicals – oils, gasolines, hydraulic fluids, hydrocarbon solvents (Xylene, Kerosene, Toluene, Spirit, Naptha etc) and strong acids just to name a few.
  3. Resistance to ozone, sunlight, uv radiation.
  4. Resistance to salt spray and fungal growth.
  5. Bonds to most substrates including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, concrete, glass, ceramics, fluoropolymers and other elastomers.

Disadvantages:

  1. Low molecular weight ketones and esters (e.g. methyl ethyl ketones, acetones, ethyl acetate) are not compatible to fluoroelastomers.
  2. Amines may degrade this elastomers.
  3. Bonding to silicone, PTFE (Poly-tetra-fluoro-ethylene)

Product 2:
Slip and Heat resistant fluoropolymer coating

This compound is a dry film lubricants. Capable of high loads, at high temperatures, in chemical and corrosive environments. This compound is also known as extreme performance coating

Key Characteristics

  1. Low friction: LOF as low as 0.02
  2. Wear resistance: Even under extreme pressure.
  3. Corrosion and Chemical resistance in most environments.
  4. Weather resistance: Against sunlight, salt water and road chemicals.
  5. Wide temperature operating range: -420°F to +550°F (-250°C to +280°C)
  6. Flexible curing schedule: Ambient to 750°F (400°C).
  7. Wide color range.
  8. Pliability: Coating will bend freely and repeatedly without breaking.
  9. Machine-ability: Apply multiple coats and mill to specifications.
  10. Excellent adhesion: To most metals, plastics, ceramics, woods, even to itself.
