Epoxy adhesives are in one or two parts systems with viscosities that range from a few thousands cP(centapoise) to thixotropic pastes. Once cured epoxies typically form tough, rigid thermoset polymers with high adhesion to a wide variety of substrates and superior environmental resistance, Epoxy will start to cure rapidly at temperature of 100-125°C (212-257°F) and cure time of 30-60 minutes. Heat curing improves bond strength, thermal resistance and chemical resistance.
