What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The charges of selected product(s) from online shop plus shipping and handling charges from Fedex carrier based on shipping address/destination in the US not international address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept most major credit cards through PayPal. You can also use your PayPal account. Once you have entered your shipping information into the site, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete your payment.

How long will delivery take?

Most or all shipments are via ground transportations from Fedex. All product(s) are delivered in 4 weeks time unless there is delivery issue and/or production issues which will be notified to the purchaser appropriately.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use PayPal to process payments, so your credit card and other payment information is securely stored with PayPal and is not stored on our website. We do, however, store some information, such as your Name, Email Address, and Shipping Address, on our website. We will make every effort to protect this information, but East West Enterprise, LLC is not responsible for any security of customer or purchaser placing an order for product(s) on line-it is their own risk.

What happens after ordering?

After payment has been confirmed, we will begin processing your order. If requested, we will contact the purchaser to provide tentative delivery dates and we will provide tracking information once your package has shipped.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you should receive a notification from PayPal, as well as our website when an order is made. If you create an account on our website during checkout, you will also be able to view and download order information in the My Account section. We will also notify you when an item ships and if you need additional information, invoices, or tax statements, you can contact us directly.
